The Parent Education Committee works with the Principal to identify important topics for Parent Education. We then identify reputable, knowledgeable speakers (or movies) that we believe would be relevant for our community. We collaborate with parent education leaders within the District to share information and promote events. The presentations cover a broad range of topics including adolescent development, teen relationships with peers and family, and coping with the many demands on teens both in and out of school. The committee welcomes ideas from parents and teachers regarding topics for presentations.
